Office Closed Temporarily

Mar 21, 2020

Dear Friends,

In response to the Governor’s stay-at-home order, Bishop Lee is requesting that as of today, March 21, church buildings remain closed. The Bishop has made this request in the spirit of “an abundance of caution” and as an act of “Christian discipleship for the good of the community.”

Unfortunately, this applies to our beloved St. Paul’s, so we are asking that all non-essential visits to the church be suspended. Lisa will be working from home with limited visits to the office attending to essential church business. The weekly newsletter will continue to be available online on a weekly basis to communicate parish news and concerns.

The Bishop is also requesting that we continue to stay in touch and find ways to help our broader community. This challenging time is an opportunity to make real the Body of Christ to all we are called to serve. Please direct any questions or concerns to Beth, Jeff, Lisa or me. Our numbers are listed below. Together we will get through.

Thank you for your faithfulness and prayers. I leave you with these words from our patron St. Paul.

Deacon Deborah

“Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:35-39
